In the 3rdth minute of the game Ramos Berrio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Benicio Javiero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Atlético Nuevo Laredo defense, Ramos Berrio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benicio Javiero. The Atlético Nuevo Laredo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benicio Javiero should have stopped the shot. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goalkeeper Benicio Javiero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eléctricos F.C.'s Ubarna Varsana suffered a concussion in the 25th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Clodoveo Matro charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The wind increased when Ramos Berrio made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Eléctricos F.C.'s Ramos Berrio got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Jerson Iturbide scored 1-6 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benicio Javiero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 91 minutes into the game, Ramos Berrio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Benicio Javiero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Benicio Javiero successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The Atlético Nuevo Laredo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Eléctricos F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
