The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After taking down the ball on Carpasús FC - FDC's corner Loreto Monedero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gerald Singletary quite easily take care of the ball. In the 25th minute, Savion Ruesga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robt Sanford in the 27th minute of play forced Carpasús FC - FDC's goalkeeper Kevin Mier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kevin Mier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwardo Perreault, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Crimson Knights's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Llanez came free, but Gerald Singletary reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerald Singletary showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Llanez in the 35th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Crimson Knights defense, Mauro Llanez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerald Singletary. The Crimson Knights fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerald Singletary should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute Mauro Llanez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerald Singletary saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerald Singletary showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Llanez in the 44th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Mauro Llanez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerald Singletary was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 47th minute, Ipar Oliva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Mauro Llanez made the kick off in the second half. A throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game was made by Mei Yu Zhen with Frankie Carnes as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After a defensive mix-up in Crimson Knights's zone, Mauro Llanez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerald Singletary came out of the goal and Mauro Llanez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute, Vidal Coya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Carpasús FC - FDC booed when Crimson Knights was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chester Benitez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edwardo Perreault struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Kevin Mier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crimson Knights. Carpasús FC - FDC's attentive Loreto Monedero managed to snatch the ball when Frankie Carnes made a throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game. After 96 played minutes Crimson Knights got a freekick which was hit by Frankie Carnes. A hard shot 98 in the game by Mauro Llanez from a close distance when the talented Gerald Singletary managed to make a qualified save. Crimson Knights's players were relieved. The Crimson Knights supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Carpasús FC - FDC's performance. The match ended with a win for Carpasús FC - FDC.
