Zuriko Lagala was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 38 minutes into the match, Inter de Guayaquil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chandler Bing came free, but Zuriko Lagala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led American Airlines's Joseph Mahoney to fire away a dangerous shot which Zuriko Lagala despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 59th minute, Vicente Depino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Inter de Guayaquil FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Zuriko Lagala made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chandler Bing in the 81st minute. Jonah Ryan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Zuriko Lagala made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as American Airlines's Alexis Couch slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zuriko Lagala. That made the score 1-3 after 85 minutes of play. Zuriko Lagala was a little too slow when Chandler Bing got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 1-4.
