The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Hermosillo FC's Donato Adrio got a free kick in the 4th minute. Oso Sigali was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 8 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute, Oso Sigali hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Adrio in the 11th minute of play forced Atletico Maturrango's goalkeeper Raul Platas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raul Platas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Adrio in the 15th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Samuel Laurentzi put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Raul Platas. Silverio Bieito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raitin Salvia in the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Mirande in the 22nd minute of play forced Atletico Maturrango's goalkeeper Raul Platas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Constantino Cordareo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raitin Salvia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Silverio Bieito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Traycho Keremidchiev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Silverio Bieito made a huge save. Hermosillo FC's Silverio Bieito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raitin Salvia in the 39th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Samuel Laurentzi to make the kick off. Daniel Palomar's late challenge caught a Hermosillo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Palomar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Hermosillo FC booed when Atletico Maturrango was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Palomar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Laurentzi took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raul Platas. Raul Platas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Raul Platas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Cordareo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuel Laurentzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Platas having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, Conrado Mirande recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Raul Platas. Conrado Mirande showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Raul Platas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donato Adrio went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Silverio Bieito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Palomar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermosillo FC's Silverio Bieito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Palomar in the 77th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donato Adrio got free with Raul Platas in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Donato Adrio kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Amadeo Primeiro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Atletico Maturrango's Raul Platas didn't even have to move. In the 95th match minute, Hermosillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Cordareo to maneuver through the defense. The Hermosillo FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
