Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ulizes Sola started the match with the kick off. Dantel Villatoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Huarte having to interfere. Paredes Campderros kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Chale Combarros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Walter Huarte made a huge save. After 8 minutes of play, Astillero del Guayas's Alvaro Masa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kimetz Charro was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the match, Carqueja's goal looked a bit too open when Ulizes Sola came free, but Kimetz Charro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruben Giral hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Carqueja's goal looked a bit too open when Paredes Campderros came free, but Kimetz Charro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Astillero del Guayas fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Astillero del Guayas's Ulizes Sola looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Kimetz Charro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dani Galiana went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Ulizes Sola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Walter Huarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dantel Villatoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 40th match minute, Carqueja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fiz Loño to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute Dani Galiana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kimetz Charro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hakkı Deniz Bedi kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Carqueja's Orlondo Mathey got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chale Combarros to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Dantel Villatoro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walter Huarte was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Walter Huarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dantel Villatoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. During the 68th minute of the match Paredes Campderros completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Paredes Campderros a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Paredes Campderros hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Chale Combarros put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Walter Huarte. 74 minutes into the game, Dantel Villatoro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Walter Huarte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ulizes Sola struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Kimetz Charro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Astillero del Guayas. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulizes Sola got free with Kimetz Charro in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Benavidez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walter Huarte. Astillero del Guayas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leopoldo Benavidez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-4. Astillero del Guayas's Walter Huarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chale Combarros in the 90th minute of play. After 91 minutes, Fagildo Cases mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carqueja and the Astillero del Guayas players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Astillero del Guayas booed when Carqueja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fagildo Cases didn't get a good kick on the ball.
