Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alessandro Del Piero kicked off to start the match. Alessandro Del Piero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Walter Huarte made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Alessandro Del Piero sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Walter Huarte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Walter Huarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Del Piero, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Walter Huarte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alessandro Del Piero's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. When Alessandro Del Piero came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessandro Del Piero couldn't finish the play. Astillero del Guayas's Walter Huarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Fandiño in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Alessandro Del Piero dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Walter Huarte, 1-0. Alessandro Del Piero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Walter Huarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 39 played minutes JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC got a freekick which was hit by Vito Romeu. 41 minutes into the match, JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ulizes Sola came free, but Nicholas Ochavarri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walter Huarte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alessandro Del Piero's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Nicholas Ochavarri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulizes Sola, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. An unexpected shot in the 48th minute by Alessandro Del Piero got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Walter Huarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Del Piero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Archibaldo Arria to fire away a dangerous shot which Walter Huarte despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 54th match minute, Astillero del Guayas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Cifuentes to maneuver through the defense. 55 minutes into the match, JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Lilian Thuram sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Walter Huarte narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Celestino Fandiño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th match minute, JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vito Romeu to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Del Piero came free, but Walter Huarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Nicholas Ochavarri got control of the ball when Ulizes Sola tried to sneak it across the goal line.
