The tension between the Todos al Fondo and the El Pulpo Paceño players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Todos al Fondo getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Weterio Cantu hit a great ball. Estevez Abajas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Agapito Payet. Todos al Fondo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rodrigo Ramalho hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute, Weterio Cantu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. El Pulpo Paceño's Zxavian Abeitia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Palet in the 10th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronaldo Palet got free with Zxavian Abeitia in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zxavian Abeitia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Palet in the 16th minute of play. Agapito Payet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Abaurre in the 17th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Todos al Fondo's Zxavian Abeitia threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gaspard Gil, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 34th minute Jesus Abaurre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agapito Payet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of El Pulpo Paceño booed when Todos al Fondo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Avendaño didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Prejun Abendano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute Gaspard Gil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zxavian Abeitia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Ronaldo Palet put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Zxavian Abeitia. In the 67th minute, Todos al Fondo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jesus Abaurre fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 74th match minute, El Pulpo Paceño was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Astor Abenda to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, El Pulpo Paceño's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Avendaño came free, but Zxavian Abeitia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
