After a rather tough play, Toqui Fc's Quintán Villavicencio got a free kick in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omero Remolina in the 17th minute of play forced Toqui Fc's goalkeeper Victorio Fontaner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Toqui Fc's goalkeeper Victorio Fontaner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Alberto Rios. With a little luck, Toqui Fc's Victorio Fontaner got control of the ball when Carlos Alberto Rios tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xandro Zubillaga struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Lavín in the 36th minute of play forced Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈'s goalkeeper Gustau Samano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Vicens Brzovic cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Gustau Samano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xavi Irigoyen during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 42 played minutes Toqui Fc got a freekick which was hit by Xavi Irigoyen. 43 minutes into the match, Toqui Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Omero Remolina came free, but Victorio Fontaner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈'s Victorio Baro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Victorio Fontaner. That made the score 3-1 after 46 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xandro Zubillaga to strike the kick off in the second half. Carsten-Alexander Rios made a great header on Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈'s corner, it was just that Toqui Fc's Victorio Fontaner managed to reach the ball for a save. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victorio Fontaner showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Toqui Fc's zone, Carlos Alberto Rios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorio Fontaner came out of the goal and Carlos Alberto Rios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th minute Xandro Zubillaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Fontaner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicens Brzovic's shot straight on target was not completely harmless.
