Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) New England Minas's Chris Cabezon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th match minute, New England Minas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clinton Caballero to maneuver through the defense. ★Mz.梦✮ Aɾɳσɾ FC.★'s Fernandez Villaelrriego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Yurin in the 14th minute of play. Martin Markusson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santo Posiga in the 15th minute. Martin Markusson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Hugo Aristizábal in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of ★Mz.梦✮ Aɾɳσɾ FC.★ booed when New England Minas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Middleton didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erramun Cepa during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. ★Mz.梦✮ Aɾɳσɾ FC.★'s Fernandez Villaelrriego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dallas Seymour in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to New England Minas getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Wilfredo Middleton hit a great ball. Robustiano Criales came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Martin Markusson could save by the left post. Kemen Garantos kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, ★Mz.梦✮ Aɾɳσɾ FC.★'s goal looked a bit too open when Chris Cabezon came free, but Fernandez Villaelrriego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Criales in the 51st minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Martin Markusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Criales came free, but Martin Markusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute Evis Carmenes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Markusson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jarod Hester's late challenge caught a ★Mz.梦✮ Aɾɳσɾ FC.★'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jarod Hester helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to New England Minas getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Jarod Hester hit a great ball. ★Mz.梦✮ Aɾɳσɾ FC.★'s Victor Hugo Aristizábal couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 57th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for New England Minas. Martin Markusson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Posiga in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, New England Minas's Greg Ciccaglione got a free kick in the 61st minute. Evis Carmenes struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Martin Markusson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ★Mz.梦✮ Aɾɳσɾ FC.★. When Victor Hugo Aristizábal came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the ★Mz.梦✮ Aɾɳσɾ FC.★ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Hugo Aristizábal couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Evis Carmenes came free, but Martin Markusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Robustiano Criales ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martin Markusson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Victor Hugo Aristizábal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ★Mz.梦✮ Aɾɳσɾ FC.★'s Robustiano Criales got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute Robustiano Criales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Markusson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Cabezon in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernandez Villaelrriego prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
