The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Soyuncu Entero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorio Laje saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 3 minutes into the game, Soyuncu Entero lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Dorio Laje. After a rather tough play, Valhalla F.C.'s Osmundo Bullan got a free kick in the 13th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Severo Duro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valhalla F.C. the free kick. The supporters of Valhalla F.C. booed when POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Duro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emilio Haro came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Valhalla F.C.'s Marcelo Penilla. But to his dismay, Marcelo Penilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Emilio Haro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boni Alba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Valhalla F.C.'s Marcelo Penilla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emilio Haro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Valhalla F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Pelion Pelon came free, but Dorio Laje reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilio Haro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelo Penilla's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osmundo Bullan during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes Ando Descalzo rounded Valhalla F.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. Marcelo Penilla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emilio Haro having to make a save. 38 minutes into the match, POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Penilla came free, but Emilio Haro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th match minute, POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Laiz to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol booed when Valhalla F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fede Valverde didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 played minutes POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol got a freekick which was hit by Severo Duro. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Soyuncu Entero was the one to do the kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 51st minute of the game. One of Valhalla F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol:s goal. Valhalla F.C.:s Dorio Laje showed great skill when he stopped Ando Descalzo:s penalty. POSEIDON FC DeusDeFutbol's Emilio Haro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Penilla in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute Marcelo Penilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Haro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilio Haro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osmundo Bullan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd match minute, Valhalla F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrygo Goes to maneuver through the defense. Rodrygo Goes kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Emilio Haro made an important save on a dangerous shot by 王益邦 in the 91st minute. After 93 minutes of play, Valhalla F.C.'s Marcelo Penilla made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emilio Haro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valhalla F.C. made a substitution. Furtado Pellon replaced Rodrygo Goes.
