Spectators: 207 (Terracing: 156, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kurtis Wooten took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Khachatryan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Guo Ke Peng was slow to take the kick. During this time Vancouver Reds's players had a chance to rest. Vancouver Reds's Guo Ke Peng was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tigran Balayan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 8th minute Sima Marinković shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tigran Balayan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tigran Balayan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolás Castillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1-0 became the score in the 14th minute when Kurtis Wooten elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Macnelly Torres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Vancouver Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Raţiu came free, but Omar Duardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sima Marinković had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tigran Balayan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolás Castillo in the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Khachatryan's goal looked a bit too open when Guo Ke Peng came free, but Tigran Balayan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Grigor Grigoryan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Duardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kurtis Wootens short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Omar Duardo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Khachatryan's zone, Nicolás Castillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tigran Balayan came out of the goal and Nicolás Castillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sima Marinković to make the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Sima Marinković who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Khachatryan's Tigran Balayan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 53rd minute Kurtis Wooten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Duardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolás Castillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tigran Balayan having to interfere. Omar Duardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Raţiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joan Carrasco kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Khachatryan's Kong Jun Zhi was substituted for Hugon Smolarek. Vancouver Reds made a substitution. Billy Oja replaced Sima Marinković. After a rather tough play, Vancouver Reds's Wincent Solecki got a free kick in the 65th minute. A collision led to Vancouver Reds getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Wincent Solecki hit a great ball. After 68 played minutes, Khachatryan's Abel Avetisyan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Omar Duardo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Khachatryan reached it. Macnelly Torres might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tigran Balayan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Macnelly Torres ran back to his position shaking his head. Abel Avetisyan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nicolás Castillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tigran Balayan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Macnelly Torres in the 83rd minute. After 84 minutes, Luca Frântu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vancouver Reds and the Khachatryan players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nicolás Castillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vancouver Reds's Omar Duardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grigor Grigoryan in the 93rd minute of play. Khachatryan's attack was well implemented in the 93rd minute, but when Grigor Grigoryan was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Khachatryan's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
