The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Elderslie Magpies's Hale Mckinnes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ceppy Sawali narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ceppy Sawali made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima in the 6th minute. Lexi Sephtianda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Guerrero having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elliot Rosendal in the 14th minute of play forced White Knight's goalkeeper Ceppy Sawali to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Elderslie Magpies's Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 2-0 became the score in the 19th minute when Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. White Knight's Ceppy Sawali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elliot Rosendal in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ceppy Sawali. White Knight's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. If Lexi Sephtianda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima got free with Ceppy Sawali in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adnan Wibowo during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, White Knight was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adnan Wibowo to maneuver through the defense. Ceppy Sawali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarrett Maddern, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jahfal Fabanyo's late challenge caught a Elderslie Magpies's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jahfal Fabanyo helped the player get up and apologised. Ceppy Sawali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliot Rosendal in the 37th minute of play. White Knight's Ceppy Sawali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elliot Rosendal in the 43rd minute of play. Ceppy Sawali didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Ceppy Sawali made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Adnan Wibowo made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima in the 51st minute of play forced White Knight's goalkeeper Ceppy Sawali to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
