Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Antonio Pinal took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Manly FC's Mister Yasin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carver Watman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Manly FC's Artur Pernambucano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Manly FC from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute Mister Yasin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carver Watman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Manly FC booed when Harry Cool was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barth Facey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carver Watman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lawrance Mcinnis, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Manly FC's Mister Yasin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carver Watman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mister Yasin during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th minute, Mister Yasin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 24 played minutes Harry Cool got a freekick which was hit by Rex Balaam. Artur Pernambucano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tommy Kaine in the 28th minute. Manly FC's Artur Pernambucano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Pinal in the 29th minute of play. Mister Yasin scored 0-3 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carver Watman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Antonio Pinal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Pernambucano was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Bruno Domenichetti took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carver Watman. Carver Watman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After 43 minutes Manly FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Donovan Kaine who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Antonio Pinal heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After the first half Manly FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, Manly FC's Massimo Rocchetti got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 54th match minute, Manly FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mac Allister to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the game, Bruno Domenichetti recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carver Watman. Bruno Domenichetti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. In the 60th minute Antonio Pinal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Pernambucano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 minutes of play, Manly FC's Bruno Domenichetti made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carver Watman was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Harry Cool getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Berny Foley hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Massimo Rocchetti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artur Pernambucano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Pinal's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antonio Pinal in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artur Pernambucano saved Manly FC from getting behind. 84 minutes into the game, Massimo Rocchetti threw the ball into play from the sideline. Harry Cool's Berny Foley quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Antonio Pinal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Pernambucano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Harry Cool's goal looked a bit too open when Rex Matthes came free, but Carver Watman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 1-7 when Antonio Pinal sped through Manly FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Artur Pernambucano. Carver Watman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rex Matthes's shot from short distance in the 94th minute.
