The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tunç Akergin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aras Daman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baysal Tarancı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yıldırım Yaman having to interfere. Galip Cihansah hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 16 minutes, Galip Cihansah mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fenerbahçe and the ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Galip Cihansah kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Tunç Akergin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aras Daman in the 18th minute of play. Tunç Akergin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tuncer İribaş in the 19th minute. Yıldırım Yaman came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★'s Mecnun Semir. But to his dismay, Mecnun Semir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mecnun Semir in the 31st minute of play forced Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Yıldırım Yaman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Oğuzalp Ak fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerbahçe's protests and gave Oğuzalp Ak a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fenerbahçe getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Oğuzalp Ak hit a great ball. The supporters of Fenerbahçe booed when ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anıl Baran Yumus didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evren Tanfer got free with Tunç Akergin in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oğuzalp Ak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 43 minutes of play, Fenerbahçe's Aras Daman made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tunç Akergin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tuncer İribaş made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Evren Tanfer notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★'s Tunç Akergin. Tunç Akergin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★'s zone, Tuncer İribaş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tunç Akergin came out of the goal and Tuncer İribaş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Fenerbahçe booed when ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hakkı Deniz Kutel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Tuncer İribaş got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the game, Evren Tanfer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Tunç Akergin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 71st minute, Fenerbahçe's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mecnun Semir fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Demarcus Andersen fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerbahçe's protests and gave Demarcus Andersen a yellow card for diving instead. Demarcus Andersen hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Anıl Baran Yumus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
