After some careless play in the Samsunspor defense, Yusuf Beykan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hayri İlksen. The Samsunspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hayri İlksen should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Türk Polis Gücü's Berker Rıza Baykam got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute, Arif Çelebi Çalımbay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hayri İlksen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 35 minutes into the match, Berker Rıza Baykam had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hayri İlksen. Samsunspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Berker Rıza Baykam was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Berker Rıza Baykam took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hayri İlksen. Hayri İlksen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Hayri İlksen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berker Rıza Baykam in the 41st minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Batuğ Keykubad made a kick off. After some careless play in the Samsunspor defense, Boğaçhan Keskinel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hayri İlksen. The Samsunspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hayri İlksen should have stopped the shot. Samsunspor's Hayri İlksen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yusuf Beykan in the 62nd minute of play. Hayri İlksen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yusuf Beykan, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Hayri İlksen was a little too slow when Berker Rıza Baykam got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 0-9. Hayri İlksen came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Türk Polis Gücü's Yağızhan Dündaroğlu. But to his dismay, Yağızhan Dündaroğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. 77 minutes into the game, Türk Polis Gücü's Yağızhan Dündaroğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hayri İlksen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. In the 80th minute, Türk Polis Gücü's Yağızhan Dündaroğlu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-12. With a little luck, Samsunspor's Hayri İlksen got control of the ball when Arif Çelebi Çalımbay tried to sneak it across the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Berker Rıza Baykam dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hayri İlksen, 0-13. In the 91st match minute, Türk Polis Gücü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Birol Nuratay to maneuver through the defense. Yusuf Beykan took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hayri İlksen. Hayri İlksen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-14. When the match was over Türk Polis Gücü could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Samsunspor throughout the match.
