With a couple of smart ball manuevers Batu Nusret in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mustafa Hakan Topel saved MarineerS MzC from getting behind. VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's Gaffar Serim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aytaç Kartal in the 14th minute of play. The supporters of MarineerS MzC booed when VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kuzey Darga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute, MarineerS MzC's Aytaç Kartal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gaffar Serim. Gaffar Serim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After 21 played minutes VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL got a freekick which was hit by Ali Nabi Yörük. After some careless play in the VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL defense, Jonny Ambjörnsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaffar Serim. The VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaffar Serim should have stopped the shot. A collision led to VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Batu Nusret hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the match, VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's goalkeeper Gaffar Serim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonny Ambjörnsson. In the 37th minute, Jonny Ambjörnsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaffar Serim was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 41 minutes into the match, VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's goalkeeper Gaffar Serim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hüseyin Turan Davutoğlu. After 42 minutes, Şerif Cihansah mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL and the MarineerS MzC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 43 played minutes, MarineerS MzC's Hüseyin Can Bilgiç shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gaffar Serim came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MarineerS MzC reached it. After 44 minutes of play, MarineerS MzC's Jonny Ambjörnsson made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaffar Serim was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Batu Nusret to make the kick off. Gaffar Serim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonny Ambjörnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Nabi Yörük kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Batu Nusret kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Nabi Yörük to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute Aytaç Kartal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaffar Serim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaffar Serim came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by MarineerS MzC's Jonny Ambjörnsson. But to his dismay, Jonny Ambjörnsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. With a little luck, MarineerS MzC's Mustafa Hakan Topel got control of the ball when Batu Nusret tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yalçın Yalınç hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Gaffar Serim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüseyin Turan Davutoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaffar Serim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aytaç Kartal, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Jonny Ambjörnsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaffar Serim. VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonny Ambjörnsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Gaffar Serim came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by MarineerS MzC's Vehdi Hallaç. But to his dismay, Vehdi Hallaç quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 88th match minute, VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şerif Cihansah to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the game, Jonny Ambjörnsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Gaffar Serim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
