An unexpectedly hard shot by Sertel Yasun in the 4th minute of play forced Bir Garip Oyun's goalkeeper Yağız Uluberk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Bir Garip Oyun's Mehmet Çağrı Aktemur got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute of the match Cengizhan Akgüngör shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yağız Uluberk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Bir Garip Oyun's goal looked a bit too open when Yüksel Mukaddes came free, but Yağız Uluberk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erdoğan Çetinay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Behçet Canol in the 16th minute of play. With a little luck, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Erdoğan Çetinay got control of the ball when Behçet Canol tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aybek Laçin in the 25th minute of play forced Bir Garip Oyun's goalkeeper Yağız Uluberk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Bir Garip Oyun getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Başar Rafet hit a great ball. Yağız Uluberk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aybek Laçin, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Yağız Uluberk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aybek Laçin in the 34th minute of play. Erdoğan Çetinay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bedir Akbayrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Behçet Canol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdoğan Çetinay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Behçet Canol made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Mehmet Çağrı Aktemur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yağız Uluberk made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Aybek Laçin sent off a good shot on target. Erdoğan Çetinay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Çağrı Aktemur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 65 minutes, Sertel Yasun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sertel Yasun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erdoğan Çetinay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Çağrı Aktemur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the game, Mehmet Çağrı Aktemur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Erdoğan Çetinay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bir Garip Oyun's Yağız Uluberk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yüksel Mukaddes in the 80th minute of play. After 82 minutes Bir Garip Oyun's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cengizhan Akgüngör who took care of the corner kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aybek Laçin got free with Yağız Uluberk in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Hazım Başer got a free kick in the 87th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bir Garip Oyun fans cheered their team off the field, for while Osmanlı İmparatorluğu had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
