Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Gökay Özakıncı started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mahmut Alkım kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Tibúrcio Carabajal came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Süreyya Kıvanç. But to his dismay, Süreyya Kıvanç quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of A.C Barak booed when Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doğuş Baykan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tibúrcio Carabajal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökay Özakıncı in the 23rd minute of play. Mahmut Alkım hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. When Hüseyin Cahit Koçaslan came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the A.C Barak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hüseyin Cahit Koçaslan couldn't finish the play. After 28 played minutes Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ got a freekick which was hit by Gökay Özakıncı. Şemsettin Tanaltay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turabi Özmert in the 30th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Turabi Özmert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.C Barak fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ömer Rıza Zeyrek in the 41st minute of play forced A.C Barak's goalkeeper Tibúrcio Carabajal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A.C Barak's Tibúrcio Carabajal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökay Özakıncı in the 43rd minute of play. In the 47th match minute, A.C Barak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şehzade Umural to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute, Gökay Özakıncı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

A.C Barak's Tibúrcio Carabajal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save A.C Barak from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gökay Özakıncı got free with Tibúrcio Carabajal in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th match minute, A.C Barak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Cumhur Cansal to maneuver through the defense. A.C Barak's Tibúrcio Carabajal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökay Özakıncı in the 66th minute of play. Wilfried Zaha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Şemsettin Tanaltay having to make a save. In the 69th match minute, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mahmut Alkım to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfried Zaha in the 71st minute of play forced Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalkeeper Şemsettin Tanaltay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, A.C Barak's Tibúrcio Carabajal got control of the ball when Gökay Özakıncı tried to sneak it across the goal line. Şemsettin Tanaltay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdulkerim Bardakçı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turabi Özmert in the 78th minute of play forced Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalkeeper Şemsettin Tanaltay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Wilfried Zaha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ booed when A.C Barak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Türker Özgurcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Orhan Dalan broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 90th minute, Birant Mutlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Şemsettin Tanaltay was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 94 minutes into the match, A.C Barak's goal looked a bit too open when Süreyya Kıvanç came free, but Tibúrcio Carabajal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Ömer Rıza Zeyrek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
