The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Mehmet Hamdi Tunçaslan fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HHH's protests and gave Mehmet Hamdi Tunçaslan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd match minute, HHH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Hamdi Tunçaslan to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Numan Buğdaycı during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 36th match minute, HHH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nihat Tokuşhan to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, HHH's Ramazan Eygül got control of the ball when Baykal Ugraş tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ramazan Eygül was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Abdulkerim Sebat showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 41 minute of play. In the 44th minute Nihat Tokuşhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haluk Sarıcabay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdulkerim Sebat to make the kick off. Anatolia FC's Haluk Sarıcabay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nihat Tokuşhan in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute of the match HHH got a corner. Anatolia FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Arif Gaffar Malgır received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ramazan Eygül tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 87 played minutes Anatolia FC got a freekick which was hit by Ramazan Ersan. 94 minutes into the match, Anatolia FC's Abdulkerim Sebat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramazan Eygül narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
