In the 17thth minute of the game Yaşar Akbuğ who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.C Barak's Tibúrcio Carabajal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. HORIZZONT's Rüştü Recber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfried Zaha in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, HORIZZONT's Bora Han Vahit got a free kick in the 21st minute. Wilfried Zaha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rüştü Recber read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to HORIZZONT getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Yaşar Akbuğ hit a great ball. With his leg Tibúrcio Carabajal managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when HORIZZONT's Yaşar Akbuğ fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 29 minutes, Jan Kratěna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HORIZZONT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Kratěna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 31st minute Yaşar Akbuğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tibúrcio Carabajal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rüştü Recber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfried Zaha in the 34th minute of play. After 35 played minutes HORIZZONT got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Eger.
