Haluk Sarıcabay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaşar Akbuğ in the 8th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Bircan Tapgaç kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rüştü Recber. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Yaşar Akbuğ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haluk Sarıcabay having to interfere. After having played for 16 minutes, Ramazan Ersan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anatolia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramazan Ersan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, HORIZZONT's goalkeeper Rüştü Recber had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bircan Tapgaç. A collision led to HORIZZONT getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Nuh Sadreddin hit a great ball. HORIZZONT's Rüştü Recber proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save HORIZZONT from getting a goal against them. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yaşar Akbuğ was the one to do the kick off. Haluk Sarıcabay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arif Babürşah went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. HORIZZONT were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Anatolia FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nuh Sadreddin took the corner. Jan Kratěna was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 72nd minute, Eren Cihaner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. HORIZZONT's Yaşar Akbuğ got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan Kratěna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Haluk Sarıcabay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
