The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Berkan Yağızalp took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arın Beysan. Arın Beysan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cahit Ekşioğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seyrani İmdat in the 11th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ZENO's Levent Uçanay got a free kick in the 15th minute. When Ömer Baran came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the 1903 Barranspor ☪ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ömer Baran couldn't finish the play. After 21 minutes, Kuddusî Mümtaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 1903 Barranspor ☪ and the ZENO players grew even worse after the yellow card. The ZENO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cahit Ekşioğlu should have stopped the shot. 35 minutes into the match, 1903 Barranspor ☪'s goal looked a bit too open when Fikret Hancı came free, but Arın Beysan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Berkan Yağızalp left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ZENO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Fikret Hancı scored 1-5 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arın Beysan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46th minute Berkan Yağızalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arın Beysan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The 1903 Barranspor ☪ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ZENO were winning 1-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Güray Kayral stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arın Beysan came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by ZENO's Fikret Hancı. But to his dismay, Fikret Hancı quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Arın Beysan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fikret Hancı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arın Beysan was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Fikret Hancı capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fikret Hancı really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. Pablo Neruda hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Cahit Ekşioğlu came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Emin Onultan. But to his dismay, Emin Onultan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-7. Arın Beysan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fikret Hancı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Berkan Yağızalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arın Beysan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-8. In the 91st minute, Berkan Yağızalp reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arın Beysan. The goal made the score 2-9. 94 minutes into the match, 1903 Barranspor ☪'s goal looked a bit too open when Fikret Hancı came free, but Arın Beysan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
