With a little luck, Cappadocia FC's Seyit Kadrettin got control of the ball when Nicolas Anelka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ceyhun Mennan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gürkan Yiğit in the 37th minute of play. After 38 minutes ---Atam Osmanlı---'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Garip İbrahimoğlu who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Cappadocia FC's corner Garip İbrahimoğlu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ceyhun Mennan quite easily take care of the ball. In the 40th minute, Nicolas Anelka reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Seyit Kadrettin. The goal made the score 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Battal Gazi Kurban in the 44th minute of play forced Cappadocia FC's goalkeeper Seyit Kadrettin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when İsmet Ülgen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nicolas Anelka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Seyit Kadrettin having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Anelka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Seyit Kadrettin was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. 6-0 became the score in the 56th minute when Nicolas Anelka elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Nicolas Anelka might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Seyit Kadrettin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolas Anelka ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Anelka in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Seyit Kadrettin saved Cappadocia FC from getting behind. In the 71st minute, Nicolas Anelka left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ---Atam Osmanlı--- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. When Tan Yatman fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cappadocia FC's protests and gave Tan Yatman a yellow card for diving instead. If Nicolas Anelka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, Nicolas Anelka notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Cappadocia FC's Seyit Kadrettin. Seyit Kadrettin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89thth minute of the game Nicolas Anelka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cappadocia FC's Seyit Kadrettin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Anelka in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Seyit Kadrettin saved Cappadocia FC from getting behind. Nicolas Anelka kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Seyit Kadrettin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Anelka, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the ---Atam Osmanlı--- players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
