In the 5th minute Enes Ünal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yasin Ünsevin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ertan Dural got free with Turan Cansever in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Nevşehirspor getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Rıdvan Dilmen hit a great ball. In the 17th minute Ulvi Yaltırak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Turan Cansever saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Nevşehirspor booed when KOO Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kadir Ustad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulu Şavat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yasin Ünsevin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Ertan Dural was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 27th minute. KOO Tigers's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 29 minutes into the match, Nevşehirspor's Enes Ünal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yasin Ünsevin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nevşehirspor's attentive Aytunç Behzat managed to snatch the ball when Alemdar Atasan made a throw-in in the 35th minute of the game. Turan Cansever showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kadir Ustad in the 38th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Nevşehirspor's goal looked a bit too open when Ertan Dural came free, but Turan Cansever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rahim Özkurt got a throw-in 45 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Aytunç Behzat.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulu Şavat to strike the kick off in the second half. Yasin Ünsevin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulu Şavat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İsa Hececi kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Ulu Şavat struck a weak shot in the 80th minute.
