The supporters of Eleven Nation Army booed when BENA FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredric Klint didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edvard Johnsson kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. BENA FK's Gaspar Leheren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Olof Kjellman in the 9th minute of play. Gaspar Leheren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Olof Brandt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Henric Wållander fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Edvard Johnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Olof Kjellman kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. The supporters of BENA FK booed when Eleven Nation Army was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Olof Kjellman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaspar Leheren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Siöman in the 21st minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Kjell Vase hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to BENA FK getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Bengt Felin hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, BENA FK's Fredric Klint dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 44 minutes into the match, Eleven Nation Army's goalkeeper Ted Igelström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tommy Palm. Gaspar Leheren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Olof Kjellman in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jan-Olof Kjellman was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Kjell Vase hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eleven Nation Army's Ted Igelström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henric Wållander in the 57th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fredric Klint in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ted Igelström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 64 minutes into the match, BENA FK's goalkeeper Gaspar Leheren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan-Olof Kjellman. Mikael Örnberg kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Ted Igelström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredric Klint in the 67th minute of the match. Ted Igelström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Palm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th match minute, Eleven Nation Army was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Siöman to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Olof Kjellman charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Olof Kjellman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wiktor Jakobsson's late challenge caught a BENA FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wiktor Jakobsson helped the player get up and apologised. After 94 played minutes Eleven Nation Army got a freekick which was hit by Wiktor Jakobsson. Eleven Nation Army's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
