Spectators: 149 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wictor Dahlkvist took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the game, Alfred Eriksson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Knox BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sledgehammer KO the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt Abrahamsson in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Georg Brolin saved Knox BK from getting behind. Wictor Dahlkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfred Eriksson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sonny Holm came out and tried to block the shot, but Alfred Eriksson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. Georg Brolin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pontus Törnqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Sledgehammer KO's Gottfrid Ivarsson got a free kick in the 17th minute. Gottfrid Ivarsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute, Gottfrid Ivarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Georg Brolin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustav Sundberg went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Georg Brolin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt Abrahamsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Bengt Abrahamssons short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Georg Brolin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alfred Eriksson struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Sonny Holm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Knox BK. Knox BK's Wictor Dahlkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Sledgehammer KO's Gottfrid Ivarsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Georg Brolin. Georg Brolin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. A collision led to Sledgehammer KO getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Torsten Hedlund hit a great ball. In the 87th minute, Alfred Eriksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Gottfrid Ivarsson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Knox BK's Alfred Eriksson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The Sledgehammer KO players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
