An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Erik Högberg in the 26th minute of play forced Samurai's goalkeeper Roger Klemensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dan Anselius charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Roger Klemensson was a little too slow when Patrik Ahlin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 2-0. Henry Åkerström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Walroth having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, Andreas Nordmark cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Roger Klemensson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
