Eric Eckegren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Peter Sjöö hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eric Eckegren made an important save on a dangerous shot by İlker Aydemir in the 11th minute. If Mårten Botvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute Hjalmar Dalman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Eckegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, FC Hans's goalkeeper Eric Eckegren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by İlker Aydemir. Chris Nordås showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mårten Botvidsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. When Sjötorp IF's Ruslan Voronkov in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Hans's goalie prevented a goal. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Hans's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Peter Sjöö was slow to take the kick. During this time Sjötorp IF's players had a chance to rest. Kurt Mager's late challenge caught a Sjötorp IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kurt Mager helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Hans's Kurt Mager got a free kick in the 28th minute. Chris Nordås made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wictor Termander in the 33rd minute of play. İlker Aydemir's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Eric Eckegren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Chris Nordås took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Mager, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 minutes of play, FC Hans's Kurt Mager made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chris Nordås was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eric Eckegren made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when İlker Aydemir sent off a good shot on target.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when İlker Aydemir stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Sjötorp IF booed when FC Hans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sakarias Kinnman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sjötorp IF's Hjalmar Dalman got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mårten Botvidsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Chris Nordås made a huge save. In the 62nd minute, Charlie Nässén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute Hjalmar Dalman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Eckegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wictor Termander got free with Chris Nordås in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruslan Voronkov in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eric Eckegren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70th match minute, FC Hans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingmar Alkvist to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in FC Hans's zone, İlker Aydemir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eric Eckegren came out of the goal and İlker Aydemir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruslan Voronkov in the 92nd minute of play forced FC Hans's goalkeeper Eric Eckegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Mårten Botvidsson notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Sjötorp IF's Chris Nordås. Chris Nordås was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Hans had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
