Philip Mattsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to FK Ekebo getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Tomas Olsson hit a great ball. Viggo Engström might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charlie Holmgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Viggo Engström ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute, Aron Ekström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th match minute, Bograngen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Hammarström to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute of the match Andréas Delin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charlie Holmgren showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bograngen's Roger Gullesson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tomas Olsson, made in the 29th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Bograngen's Bernt Gummeson got a free kick in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Andréas Delin sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Charlie Holmgren threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Andréas Delin this time. A collision led to Bograngen getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Bernt Gummeson hit a great ball. Charlie Holmgren acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 41st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Andréas Delin. The supporters of Bograngen booed when FK Ekebo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilgot Salqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Bograngen's attentive Roger Gullesson managed to snatch the ball when Tomas Olsson made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. In the 54th minute, Tony Deckbergh reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Philip Mattsson. The goal made the score 0-2. After a rather tough play, Bograngen's Aron Ekström got a free kick in the 57th minute. FK Ekebo's Marko Sundin was substituted for Viggo Engström. Aron Ekström was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 80 played minutes Bograngen got a freekick which was hit by Aron Ekström. Henry Delin's late challenge caught a Bograngen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henry Delin helped the player get up and apologised. Henry Delin kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Tony Deckbergh received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Philip Mattsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Tony Deckbergh slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 89th minute. A collision led to Bograngen getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Michael Hammarström hit a great ball.
