After some careless play in the Hala Madrid Iraki FC defense, Brahim Charradi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bertil Häger. The Hala Madrid Iraki FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bertil Häger should have stopped the shot. Bertil Häger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Helge Lundqvist in the 28th minute. Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Bertil Häger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brahim Charradi in the 31st minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Hala Madrid Iraki FC's goalkeeper Bertil Häger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Helge Lundqvist. After 55 played minutes, Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Torbjörn Högberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bertil Häger came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Étoile Sportive Du Sahel reached it. Stefan Kinell hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Bertil Häger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Étoile Sportive Du Sahel had played much better football throughout.
