Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) AC Superstar's Hans Törnblom started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, AC Superstar's Bo Kollberg got a free kick in the 4th minute. Marc Alfors, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 6th minute, Sture Ström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 0-1 became the score in the 7th minute when Per-Erik Albom elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a little luck, Bergandy's Lennart Åkesson got control of the ball when Hans Törnblom tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lennart Åkesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Törnblom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hans Törnblom took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lennart Åkesson. Lennart Åkesson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 35th minute, Bo Kollberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Bergandy's Ingvar Kling got a free kick in the 36th minute. Lennart Åkesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sture Ström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harry Hernström hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marc Asserlind was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Bergandy booed when AC Superstar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo Kollberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charles Johansson made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Ingvar Kling sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to AC Superstar getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Hans Törnblom hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Bergandy's Charles Johansson threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Per-Erik Albom, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Charles Johansson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per-Erik Albom went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 66 minutes into the game, Ingvar Kling cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Charles Johansson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 69 minutes, Johnny Bröms mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Superstar and the Bergandy players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th minute, Johnny Bröms hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bergandy's Lennart Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Törnblom in the 71st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sture Ström in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lennart Åkesson saved Bergandy from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Ingvar Kling put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Charles Johansson. Göran Martinsson kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Bergandy's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
