UÅ Mästerbotten's Niklas Ström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Björk in the 5th minute of play. Forrest Gumpfer charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Forrest Gumpfer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 played minutes UÅ Mästerbotten got a freekick which was hit by Forrest Gumpfer. In the 8th match minute, UÅ Mästerbotten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikael Valrot to maneuver through the defense. After 13 played minutes UÅ Mästerbotten got a freekick which was hit by Forrest Gumpfer. Niklas Ström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Lindqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. A hard shot by Calle Lundqvist from long distance, 28 minutes into the match, got Holger Edström's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Mattias Lindqvist took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niklas Ström. Niklas Ström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 44th minute Forrest Gumpfer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Holger Edström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Holger Edström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Forrest Gumpfer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After a defensive mix-up in Cohaerentia F.C.'s zone, Forrest Gumpfer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Holger Edström came out of the goal and Forrest Gumpfer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Forrest Gumpfer kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. UÅ Mästerbotten's Alexander Öberg was substituted for Karl Skytt. A collision led to UÅ Mästerbotten getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Forrest Gumpfer hit a great ball. Niklas Ström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Georg Holmstedt in the 57th minute. Niklas Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pål Josefsson in the 60th minute of play. Pål Josefsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Cohaerentia F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Forrest Gumpfer came free, but Holger Edström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krister Svanström charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Krister Svanström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, UÅ Mästerbotten's Krister Svanström got a free kick in the 66th minute. If Jan Vassenius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to UÅ Mästerbotten getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Mikael Valrot hit a great ball. After 74 played minutes UÅ Mästerbotten got a freekick which was hit by Mikael Valrot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Forrest Gumpfer in the 76th minute of play forced Cohaerentia F.C.'s goalkeeper Holger Edström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fred Hedvall could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Niklas Ström made a huge save. After 80 played minutes Cohaerentia F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Olov Eklund. Pål Josefsson kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Holger Edström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Söderman in the 88th minute of play. Holger Edström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexander Öberg went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Holger Edström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Forrest Gumpfer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. UÅ Mästerbotten had won after a very even match.
