Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Elias Bröms came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Protegéerna's Roy Bennet. But to his dismay, Roy Bennet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 7 played minutes Protegéerna got a freekick which was hit by Fredrik Billberg. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roy Bennet in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elias Bröms prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18th match minute, Frosta Härad IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Ström to maneuver through the defense. Protegéerna's attentive Rikard Lindgren managed to snatch the ball when Jan-Ove Eliasson made a throw-in in the 21st minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Roy Bennet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elias Bröms was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 26th minute, Roy Bennet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elias Bröms was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Frosta Härad IF's Elias Bröms played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo-Erik Springfält in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Protegéerna's Roy Bennet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elias Bröms made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Elias Bröms took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roy Bennet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roy Bennet scored 0-5 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elias Bröms, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Protegéerna's Roy Bennet got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bo-Erik Springfält hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Jan Kjellman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Georg Vallin made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roy Bennet in the 45th minute of play forced Frosta Härad IF's goalkeeper Elias Bröms to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan Kjellman to make the kick off. If Olof Löfkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bo-Erik Springfält came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Protegéerna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bo-Erik Springfält couldn't finish the play. Elias Bröms showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Bennet, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 65th minute, Roy Bennet reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Elias Bröms. The goal made the score 0-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Roy Bennet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Protegéerna's supporters rose to their feet, but Roy Bennet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Bröms breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Protegéerna made a substitution. Charlie Apelquist replaced Alexander Lundström. In the 75th minute Bo-Erik Springfält shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Bröms saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Bröms was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sven Skark showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 77 minute of play. Sven Skark received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Elias Bröms came out and tried to block the shot, but Sven Skark slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 80th minute. Elias Bröms showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven Skark, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 0-9 became the score in the 83rd minute when Sven Skark elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Olof Löfkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 92 minutes, Bo-Erik Springfält managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Protegéerna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo-Erik Springfält was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Protegéerna's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
