The supporters of Svartvallstjärnens IF booed when Guldsmedshyttan IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Norberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Niklas Helberg put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jarl Andreasson. 10 minutes into the game, one of Guldsmedshyttan IK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a rather tough play, Guldsmedshyttan IK's Karl-Ove Christoffersson got a free kick in the 15th minute. Folke Västerstrand didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guldsmedshyttan IK's Karl-Ove Christoffersson pulled a muscle in his back after 26 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Måns Mossberg during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Guldsmedshyttan IK made a substitution. Helge Jonasson replaced Karl-Ove Christoffersson. Måns Mossberg kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Jarl Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Helberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute Niklas Helberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Svartvallstjärnens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joakim Trillkott to maneuver through the defense. Birger Wassenius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helge Jonasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Folke Västerstrand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute Hans Lidman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Helge Jonasson to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Svartvallstjärnens IF's Verner Gustafsson got a free kick in the 55th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Svartvallstjärnens IF's Niklas Helberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jarl Andreasson. That made the score 0-2 after 59 minutes of play. If Hans Lidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Viggo Wallengren came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Guldsmedshyttan IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viggo Wallengren couldn't finish the play. In the 76th minute, Valentin Norberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80thth minute of the game Hans Lidman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guldsmedshyttan IK's Jarl Andreasson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 87 minutes into the match Hans Lidman climbed in front of goal and pressed up 0-3 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Jarl Andreasson. In the 92nd minute Niklas Helberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jarl Andreasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans Lidman in the 96th minute of play.
