Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Maxen Widenborg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd minute, Sonny Tinglöv hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. North Pole Kickers's Olov Bäcklin got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valdemar Tomasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Valdemar Tomasson fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored North Pole Kickers's protests and gave Valdemar Tomasson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Swindon Sweden FF booed when North Pole Kickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdemar Tomasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute Maxen Widenborg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Åkerman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Jace Hunter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olov Bäcklin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Jan Springfält skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Valdemar Tomasson had several of the Swindon Sweden FF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 18 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Jan Springfält as he didn't even see the shot coming. 28 minutes into the game, Swindon Sweden FF's Örjan Nyström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Egil Åkerman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 38 minutes, Jon Trulsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Swindon Sweden FF and the North Pole Kickers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute, Jon Trulsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olov Bäcklin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Jan Springfält made a huge save. Valdemar Tomasson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jan Springfält came out and tried to block the shot, but Valdemar Tomasson slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 46th minute.
North Pole Kickers made a substitution. Carl Knutsson replaced Boris Ek. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valdemar Tomasson to make the kick off. Sonny Tinglöv charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sonny Tinglöv the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Egil Åkerman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Örjan Nyström in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to North Pole Kickers getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Valdemar Tomasson hit a great ball. Egil Åkerman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Örjan Nyström in the 67th minute of the match. If Olov Bäcklin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt Björkqvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Egil Åkerman. North Pole Kickers's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 76th minute, Jon Trulsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egil Åkerman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxen Widenborg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. North Pole Kickers's Egil Åkerman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save North Pole Kickers from getting a goal against them. A collision led to North Pole Kickers getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Vilhelm Stålberg hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute of the match Tobias Bergqvist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Egil Åkerman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Örjan Nyström put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Egil Åkerman. Swindon Sweden FF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
