The crowd rose to their feet as Scrotum Kickers FC's Valentin Odén slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Augustus Batalla. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. Ralles Bollklubb's Augustus Batalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Odén in the 14th minute of play. Alfred Nobel hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Kim Enström, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Valentin Odén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Odén in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Augustus Batalla saved Ralles Bollklubb from getting behind. Augustus Batalla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Odén in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to Scrotum Kickers FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Göran Drewitz hit a great ball. After 36 played minutes, Ralles Bollklubb's Sven Andreasson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Simon Källberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ralles Bollklubb reached it. Augustus Batalla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Odén, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Augustus Batalla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Odén in the 42nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Rune Tönnberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scrotum Kickers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rune Tönnberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augustus Batalla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
