When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karl Arhenius made a kick off. With an all-out effort, Sundborn IF's Nils-Åke Simonsson threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Oskar Arenberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Sven Lind received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Nils-Åke Simonsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sundborn IF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
