The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 8 minutes into the match, Xentrias's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Joensson came free, but Stig Busk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Jacobsson in the 30th minute of play forced Xentrias's goalkeeper Stig Busk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig Busk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Walroth in the 40th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Holger Joensson made a kick off. Holger Joensson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Stig Busk skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Jussi Björling came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Xentrias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jussi Björling couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Jonas Walroth took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Stig Busk to make any attempt to save it. After 70 minutes, Jussi Björling mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xentrias and the Lekparken FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. August Sörman came out of the goal and Jussi Björling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Walroth in the 78th minute of play forced Xentrias's goalkeeper Stig Busk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xentrias's Stig Busk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Xentrias from getting a goal against them. 81 minutes into the match, Jonas Walroth dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Stig Busk, 1-4. Sonny Brandt received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stig Busk came out and tried to block the shot, but Sonny Brandt slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 87th minute. Stig Busk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Walroth in the 93rd minute of the match. The Xentrias fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lekparken FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
