Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. August Sörman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niclas Vase went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Sonny Brandt struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Algot Ennegren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lekparken FC. August Sörman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ove Hellström's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lekparken FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. George Molander was slow to take the kick. During this time Linghed Angels FC's players had a chance to rest. The audience was convinced that Ove Hellström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but August Sörman was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Linghed Angels FC's Algot Ennegren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Linghed Angels FC from getting a goal against them. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ove Hellström was the one to do the kick off. Ove Hellström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but August Sörman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. August Sörman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ove Hellström's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Daniel Jacobsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Algot Ennegren. Linghed Angels FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kurt Askestät charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kurt Askestät the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Linghed Angels FC's Kurt Askestät got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute of the match Olov Gunnarsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Algot Ennegren skillfully saved the ball. Ove Hellström in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ove Hellström in the 92nd minute of play forced Lekparken FC's goalkeeper August Sörman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th match minute, Lekparken FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olov Gunnarsson to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Lekparken FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
