After 8 played minutes FC Hackspett U21 got a freekick which was hit by Ivar Brask. FC Hackspett U21's Palle Paalgard got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juoksengi's Mats Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Palle Paalgard in the 11th minute of play. Juoksengi's Lennart Gunnarsson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Zygmunt Tyszka in the 21 minute of the game. FC Hackspett U21's Sergio Goycochea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save FC Hackspett U21 from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute Juoksengi were awarded a corner. Matthias Ekegren went to the cornerflag to take it. Mats Jakobsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Palle Paalgard in the 32nd minute of the match. Melker Kämpe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Sergio Goycochea made a huge save. The supporters of FC Hackspett U21 booed when Juoksengi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lennart Gunnarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Matthias Ekegren made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Juoksengi's Melker Kämpe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sergio Goycochea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 58 minutes into the game, Lennart Gunnarsson threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Hackspett U21's Zygmunt Tyszka quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 59 minutes into the game, one of Juoksengi:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 62nd minute of the match FC Hackspett U21 got a corner. Juoksengi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fred Ånger ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 67th minute, Lennart Gunnarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lennart Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Ivar Brask's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Mats Jakobsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hálfdan Hálfdánsson during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
