The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Hellkvist got free with Mats Elg in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mats Elg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Simon Hellkvist's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Tommy Åström kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Stig-Åke Brolin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute.
