Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Remus Agudaru took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Codruț Turcescu got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute Codruț Turcescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicodim Arghirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remus Agudaru in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicodim Arghirescu saved Carpathian Wolves from getting behind. Nicodim Arghirescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgar Josan went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 12th match minute, Carpathian Wolves was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Duggan to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Remus Agudaru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The THE CRYSTAL SHIP fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Manuel Văcaru took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nicodim Arghirescu. Carpathian Wolves's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nicodim Arghirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Josan in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match THE CRYSTAL SHIP got a corner. Carpathian Wolves's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Remus Agudaru ran over to the corner to take the kick. Iurie Bărboianu kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Carpathian Wolves's Nicodim Arghirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Codruț Turcescu in the 22nd minute of play. Roni Van Lueven hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Nicodim Arghirescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Josan, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Nicodim Arghirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Josan in the 27th minute of play. Nicodim Arghirescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Remus Agudaru went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iurie Bărboianu to make the kick off. Carpathian Wolves's Nicodim Arghirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remus Agudaru in the 51st minute of play. In the 54thth minute of the game Sorin Itoafă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carpathian Wolves's Nicodim Arghirescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Carpathian Wolves getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Radu Tache hit a great ball. Nicodim Arghirescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Josan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicodim Arghirescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicodim Encica in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Valer Barbăroșie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicodim Arghirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Eftimiu in the 65th minute of play. If Nicodim Encica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute of the match, Edgar Josan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicodim Arghirescu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Nicodim Arghirescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Codruț Turcescu in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the game, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Codruț Turcescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicodim Arghirescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. In the 84th minute Remus Agudaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicodim Arghirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dumitru Belu got free with Nicodim Arghirescu in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dumitru Belu in the 87th minute of play forced Carpathian Wolves's goalkeeper Nicodim Arghirescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicodim Arghirescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicodim Encica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 90 played minutes THE CRYSTAL SHIP got a freekick which was hit by Dan Eftimiu. In the 92nd minute, Dan Eftimiu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nicodim Arghirescu. The goal made the score 1-5. In the 96th minute of the match, Edgar Josan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicodim Arghirescu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
