Iurie Negrescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Şoiman having to interfere. Ivan Strugure didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mugur Milcu went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 16 played minutes TAXI-MM- got a freekick which was hit by Nae Neguțu. Ivan Strugure showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Strugure, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Sandu Geambașu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gheorghe Voitiş fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vama Veche ™'s protests and gave Gheorghe Voitiş a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of TAXI-MM- booed when Vama Veche ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gheorghe Voitiş didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Mircea Necșulescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TAXI-MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vama Veche ™ the free kick. The supporters of Vama Veche ™ booed when TAXI-MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mircea Necșulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sandu Geambașu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Damian Şoiman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Strugure took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nae Neguțu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iurie Negrescu in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damian Şoiman saved TAXI-MM- from getting behind.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iurie Negrescu to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corneliu Chirea in the 52nd minute of play forced Vama Veche ™'s goalkeeper Ivan Strugure to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vama Veche ™'s Ivan Strugure proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Vama Veche ™ from getting a goal against them. In the 67th minute, Matei Chelbea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 71 played minutes Vama Veche ™ got a freekick which was hit by Costică Simionaş. The crowd rose to their feet as TAXI-MM-'s Corneliu Chirea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ivan Strugure. That made the score 1-2 after 90 minutes of play. 96 minutes into the match, Vama Veche ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Strugure came free, but Ivan Strugure reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. TAXI-MM- were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Vama Veche ™'s much stronger midfield.
