Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Șerban Nanu in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gavril Nicea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 16th minute Șerban Nanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavril Nicea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 minutes GoooooL's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dragoş Pivniceru who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on FC Fanaticii's corner Dragoş Pivniceru fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gavril Nicea quite easily take care of the ball. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by GoooooL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dragoş Pivniceru was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Fanaticii's players had a chance to rest. When Horaţiu Zotincă fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Fanaticii's protests and gave Horaţiu Zotincă a yellow card for diving instead. After 26 played minutes FC Fanaticii got a freekick which was hit by Horaţiu Zotincă. Edgar Râznicu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emanuel Giurcă. FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gheorghe Udroiu made in the 29th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Edgar Râznicu. After a rather tough play, FC Fanaticii's Mugurel Bărăian got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind GoooooL's goalkeeper Gavril Nicea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aron Dobrea to strike the kick off in the second half. Olimpiu Panait took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gavril Nicea. Gavril Nicea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 76th minute Emanuel Cigu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Giurcă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, GoooooL's goal looked a bit too open when Olimpiu Panait came free, but Gavril Nicea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Emanuel Giurcă had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aron Dobrea. Constantin Mareș hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. When Șerban Nanu came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the FC Fanaticii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Șerban Nanu couldn't finish the play. After 94 played minutes FC Fanaticii got a freekick which was hit by Marius Ganea. Edgar Râznicu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Emanuel Giurcă made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Fanaticii had won after a very even match.
