Marius Măgură started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilian Lăcătușu in the 36th minute of play forced Dragoslaveni's goalkeeper Matei Varga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Răzvan Horhoianu to make the kick off. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
