Dragoslaveni's Matei Varga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Dragoslaveni from getting a goal against them. Manuel Tremurici recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matei Varga was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Irinel Țâpu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. Matei Varga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Irinel Țâpu in the 17th minute. Petre Sălcudeanu hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
