Spectators: 163 (Terracing: 123, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vintilă Hălmăgeanu started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, AC Ony's goal looked a bit too open when Vintilă Hălmăgeanu came free, but Cisco Rubial reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vintilă Hălmăgeanu in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cisco Rubial saved AC Ony from getting behind. Cipriano Chus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Cormoranii -MM-'s Dino Zoff got control of the ball when Donald Tusk tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doru Ichim in the 23rd minute of play forced AC Ony's goalkeeper Cisco Rubial to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bobby Fischer took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cisco Rubial. AC Ony's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Doru Ichim sped through AC Ony's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cisco Rubial. Cisco Rubial made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vintilă Hălmăgeanu in the 31st minute of play. Cormoranii -MM-'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Donald Tusk scored to the left of an out of position Dino Zoff, making the score, 1-1. Donald Tusk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Cormoranii -MM- getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Doru Ichim hit a great ball. Cormoranii -MM-'s Dino Zoff proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Cormoranii -MM- from getting a goal against them. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Cisco Rubial made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doru Ichim in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Donald Tusk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dino Zoff was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Dino Zoff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Dei, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Cormoranii -MM-'s Dino Zoff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donald Tusk in the 64th minute of play. Dino Zoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donald Tusk in the 72nd minute of the match. AC Ony made a substitution. Albérico Lameiras replaced Ciprian Caba. AC Ony's Ciprian Milan was substituted for Sven-Erik Hermansson. Ciprian Milan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dino Zoff read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of AC Ony booed when Cormoranii -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costel Diaconu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute Julio Dei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Zoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Emanuel Maftei in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AC Ony's Cipriano Chus. After some careless play in the Cormoranii -MM- defense, Ciprian Milan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dino Zoff. The Cormoranii -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dino Zoff should have stopped the shot. AC Ony's Cipriano Chus managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bobby Fischer in the 86 minute of the game. In the 86th minute Ciprian Milan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Zoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AC Ony walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
