Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Nicu Balaban started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Grigore Jitaru made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Tudor Bodea sent off a good shot on target. Tudor Bodea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valeriu Anastasiu kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Grigore Jitaru acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 14th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Aurel Huștiu. In the 17th minute of the match, Tudor Bodea got a very nice opportunity to score, but Grigore Jitaru was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With his leg Grigore Jitaru managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Unicorns ™'s Tudor Bodea fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A hard shot 24 in the game by Tudor Bodea from a close distance when the talented Grigore Jitaru managed to make a qualified save. Manchester City's players were relieved. 25 minutes into the match, Unicorns ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Ion Miclescu came free, but Corneliu Vulpăşin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Unicorns ™'s Rareș Papadima got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tudor Bodea's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Grigore Jitaru skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tudor Bodea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Grigore Jitaru when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tudor Bodea's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Grigore Jitaru skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 32nd minute, Ion Miclescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Unicorns ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Iurie Răducan came free, but Corneliu Vulpăşin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tudor Bodea to make the kick off. Grigore Jitaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tudor Bodea in the 51st minute of the match. The supporters of Manchester City booed when Unicorns ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavian Chivu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grigore Jitaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rareș Papadima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Tudor Bodea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Grigore Jitaru was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. After 72 played minutes Manchester City got a freekick which was hit by Flavius Tudose. Grigore Jitaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tudor Bodea in the 75th minute of the match. Unicorns ™'s Petrică Ţirpescu got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tudor Bodea in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Grigore Jitaru saved Manchester City from getting behind. Tudor Bodea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Grigore Jitaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Unicorns ™ got a freekick which was hit by Tudor Bodea. In the 85th match minute, Unicorns ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorin Plăcintă to maneuver through the defense. Manchester City's Valeriu Anastasiu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Unicorns ™. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicu Balaban in the 90th minute of play forced Unicorns ™'s goalkeeper Corneliu Vulpăşin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Manchester City defense, Rareș Papadima kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Grigore Jitaru. The Manchester City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Grigore Jitaru should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Unicorns ™ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
