Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Alexandru Otețea made the kick off and thus started the match. Johnny Visch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandru Otețea in the 3rd minute of play. Claudiu Joja came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Phoenix Strikers's Horaţiu Dinulescu. But to his dismay, Horaţiu Dinulescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of BANAT VIOLA booed when Phoenix Strikers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horaţiu Dinulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Phoenix Strikers's goalkeeper Johnny Visch had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustavo-Hernán Colidio. Phoenix Strikers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Pavel Schipor scored to the left of an out of position Johnny Visch, making the score, 1-1. Alexandru Otețea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Johnny Visch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandru Otețea, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Horaţiu Dinulescu charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horaţiu Dinulescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Phoenix Strikers's Johnny Visch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Phoenix Strikers from getting a goal against them. After 27 played minutes Phoenix Strikers got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Boroș. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo-Hernán Colidio got free with Johnny Visch in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th match minute, Phoenix Strikers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Boroș to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute, Ionuț Romeo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Phoenix Strikers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionuț Romeo in the 43rd minute of play forced BANAT VIOLA's goalkeeper Claudiu Joja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ionuț Romeo in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudiu Joja saved BANAT VIOLA from getting behind.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ionuț Romeo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in BANAT VIOLA's zone, Ionuț Romeo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudiu Joja came out of the goal and Ionuț Romeo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Phoenix Strikers's Ionuț Romeo managed to work through BANAT VIOLA's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ionuț Romeo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Marin Pietreanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Horaţiu Dinulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 65 in the game by Ionuț Romeo from a close distance when the talented Claudiu Joja managed to make a qualified save. BANAT VIOLA's players were relieved. Ionuț Romeo in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Claudiu Joja, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Johnny Visch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandru Otețea in the 72nd minute of play. After 75 played minutes BANAT VIOLA got a freekick which was hit by George Curuțiu. Ionuț Romeo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Claudiu Joja made a huge save. Horaţiu Dinulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ionuț Romeo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 85th playminute. After 89 played minutes Horaţiu Dinulescu rounded BANAT VIOLA's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-4. After having played for 92 minutes, Cazimir Ceaușu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Phoenix Strikers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cazimir Ceaușu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Claudiu Joja was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Horaţiu Dinulescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 94 minute of play.
