Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Horaţiu Dinulescu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 2 minutes, Aristide Chihaia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ares FC -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Aristide Chihaia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Phoenix Strikers getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Emilian Râznicu hit a great ball. Phoenix Strikers's Isac Spirea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantin Stoicescu in the 7th minute of play. After 9th play minutes J.J Ares shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Isac Spirea and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of Phoenix Strikers booed when Ares FC -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Răchită didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had been going on for 12 minutes Ioan Cozma shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Traian Pantea when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. If J.J Ares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Phoenix Strikers's Isac Spirea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantin Stoicescu in the 19th minute of play. Constantin Stoicescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ioan Cozma during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Isac Spirea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionel Petran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Phoenix Strikers's goal looked a bit too open when J.J Ares came free, but Isac Spirea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horaţiu Dinulescu hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Isac Spirea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from J.J Ares, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 40th minute Gigi Arosculesei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Spirea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isac Spirea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Răchită in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Cazimir Ceaușu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Phoenix Strikers's zone, J.J Ares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isac Spirea came out of the goal and J.J Ares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anton Păun during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. J.J Ares was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Phoenix Strikers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilian Râznicu to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aristide Chihaia got free with Isac Spirea in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th minute, Ares FC -MM-'s Constantin Stoicescu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. In the 64th play minute Aristide Chihaia came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Isac Spirea. 0-6. 68 minutes into the game, J.J Ares lined in a short shot 0-7 behind a frustrated Isac Spirea. In the 72nd minute J.J Ares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Spirea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 73 minutes, Gigi Arosculesei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ares FC -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gigi Arosculesei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Phoenix Strikers's goalkeeper couldn't reach when J.J Ares 77 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-8. Aristide Chihaia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Isac Spirea made a huge save. Traian Pantea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cazimir Ceaușu, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Isac Spirea made an important save on a dangerous shot by J.J Ares in the 82nd minute. In the 86th minute, Victor Răchită made a precise shot to the right of Isac Spirea. Phoenix Strikers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. Isac Spirea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aristide Chihaia in the 92nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ares FC -MM-'s zone, Ioan Cozma stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Traian Pantea came out of the goal and Ioan Cozma tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Ares FC -MM- left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Phoenix Strikers.
